Specific details on the staff announcements are as follows: * Mark Christensen - Director of HR Partnerships: Mr. Christensen joins Jobing.com after over 12 years as a regional manager with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Founded in 1948, SHRM currently has more than 550 affiliated chapters and members in more than 100 countries. During Mr. Christensen's career with SHRM, he worked closely with human resource (HR) volunteer leaders in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Northern Marianas Islands, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Palau Islands, Texas, and Utah. SHRM is the world's largest association devoted to HR management. Representing more than 200,000 individual members, the Society's mission is to serve the needs of HR professionals. As an influential voice, the Society's mission is also to advance the HR profession to ensure that HR is recognized as an essential partner in developing and executing organizational strategy. Many of these partnerships will support and assist in the development of community-based events and initiatives. * David McCann - Director of Public Relations: Mr. McCann brings to Jobing.com over 14 years of experience in all aspects of corporate, product and service-related branding and communications, including repositioning, public relations, advertising, and events. Prior to joining Jobing.com, he ran his own marketing consulting firm where he provided strategic marketing services to both emerging and mature companies and organizations, including having served as director of communications for the Arizona Technology Council and directing a new public relations service line for I-ology, an Arizona-based Internet strategy firm. Mr. McCann was formerly the director of press and analyst relations at KnowledgeNet, a leading provider of e-learning solutions headquartered in Scottsdale. Prior to re-locating to Arizona, he held senior marketing and management positions at a number of Silicon Valley companies, including Sun Microsystems, Verity, Remedy Corporation, and SmartForce. At Jobing.com, Mr. McCann will spearhead all proactive press and media relations activities designed to build and enhance the firm's unique brand image and reputation. * Sandra Vincent - Senior Director of Client Experience: Ms. Vincent, MBA, PHR, joins Jobing.com after a stellar career in the human resources industry. Ms. Vincent spent the past 11 years in HR management positions within various market sectors, including: health care, manufacturing, call centers, and retail. Most recently, she was appointed by the Governor's Office to the State Personnel Board. The current president of the East Valley Human Resources Association, Ms. Vincent also serves as the chair elect for the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management State Council and is a member of the Maricopa Community College District Advisory Committee. Mr. Walker spent the last 4 years with LeSea Broadcasting of Indiana, most recently as General Manager of TV stations KWHD in Denver and KWHS in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he was instrumental in growing revenue over 400% and posting the station's first-ever profitability. He previously held corporate-level positions with Starz Encore Group (Cable Movie networks), Time Warner Cable (Corporate Advertising Group) and management positions with TV stations KMST (CBS) and KCBA (Fox) in Monterey, California. He previously spent seven years in local radio broadcasting along the California coast from Monterey to San Francisco.
