Glendale Arena and Phoenix Coyotes Partner with Jobing.com on Naming Rights Deal; Exclusive Long-Term Partnership Further Strengthens the Commitment to the Valley from the Companies

GLENDALE, AZ - October 25, 2006 – At a press conference held today, Glendale Arena, the Phoenix Coyotes and Jobing.com announced that Arizona-based Jobing.com has acquired the naming rights to Glendale Arena. Effective immediately, the new name of the facility is Jobing.com Arena.

The unveiling ceremony was held in the arena bowl and attended by employees of the Phoenix Coyotes organization (Arena Management Group, Phoenix Coyotes, and Arizona Sting) and Jobing.com. Participating in the official ceremony from the dais were Jerry Moyes, Owner of the Phoenix Coyotes organization; Douglas Moss, President & COO of the Phoenix Coyotes organization; Wayne Gretzky, Managing Partner & Head Coach of the Phoenix Coyotes; Aaron Matos, Founder & CEO of Jobing.com; and Mayor Elaine Scruggs and City Manager Ed Beasley from the City of Glendale.

“I am truly excited to welcome Jobing.com to our organization,” said Douglas Moss, Phoenix Coyotes President and COO. “In looking for the ideal partner, we were focused on finding an organization with strong local ties and a deep commitment to the Valley. In addition, our organizations share very similar ideologies in bringing a passion and energy to the workplace environment that result in a commitment to excellence from all. We found the perfect fit with Jobing.com.”

The arena opened in December of 2003 as Glendale Arena. This will be the first naming rights deal for both the arena and Jobing.com. Under the terms of the agreement, Jobing.com will receive naming rights, premier signage and a variety of additional advertising, marketing and merchandising opportunities at the arena.  Specific financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed as both companies are privately held.

“We are honored to enter into this agreement with Glendale Arena and the Phoenix Coyotes,” said Aaron Matos, Founder & CEO of Jobing.com. “At Jobing.com, our focus and dedication are to the local employers and job seekers across Arizona. To this end, we are always looking to build strong partnerships with key community leaders and organizations that will enable us to effectively communicate our value. As a company founded in Arizona, this naming rights partnership is the perfect fit and the logical next step in our company’s growth and marketing strategy. Both the Phoenix Coyotes’ organization and the City of Glendale have demonstrated a true commitment to the community and to the companies that operate within the region. We are excited about the potential for this partnership and look forward to building this long-term relationship.”

The partnership provides Jobing.com, a leading media provider of locally-focused recruiting, online job search and talent management solutions, with an ideal vehicle for further extending and enhancing the value of its singular mission of being the resource-of-choice for connecting local employers with great local job seekers and, in turn, significantly impacting the local economy and workforce, according to Matos. Matos also sees this deal as an opportunity to convey the important role local, community-focused employees play in driving an employer’s success and to help change the way people look for jobs and recruit great people. He believes that by focusing on local jobs and delivering on that promise, Jobing.com provides a distinct advantage for the Valley’s employers, job seekers and communities. The company currently serves over 3,500 local Arizona employers and over 450,000 registered Arizona job seekers.

“The City of Glendale always welcomes companies and organizations focused on providing value to our Valley’s communities,” said Glendale Mayor Elaine Scruggs. “Jobing.com has been a fixture in Arizona since early 2000 and has helped connect thousands of local employers with top local job candidates. Through this naming rights partnership, Jobing.com will be able to further promote the outstanding programs and services that they deliver to Arizona residents as well as the bottom-line impact they have on our local economy.”

Unveiled at the ceremony today was the new Jobing.com Arena logo. The logo is comprised of the Jobing.com’s red & blue and a gray image of the arena. The new logo will be incorporated into all arena collateral materials.

Jobing.com has created a blog to enable the community to view video from today’s press event and to express and discuss their thoughts and opinions on the announcement. The blog can be accessed at: www.Jobing.com/Arena.
