Avalon Health Care is seeking a dependable, organized and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to join our outstanding team!  We are looking for someone to transition from Part time to Full time as shifts become available.
The Certified Nurse Assistants will perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel and will assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
Candidates should have current Certified Nurse Assistant license as well as a positive attitude!    We want individuals that make patient care a top priority and can help us continue our tradition of providing excellent quality of care, and who would like to grow with us as we continue to build our service alliance!
*Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State.  Must maintain a current certification in the State throughout employment.
*Must achieve 12 hours of in service education annually as required by Federal regulations (as well as meet State requirements, if exceeds Federal).
*Must have ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
*Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.
*Must be willing to assist others, including co-workers.
*Must maintain regular attendance.
*Positive attitude toward the elderly.
*Recent clinical experience or education is required.
