Job: Athletic Trainer - Sports Medicine - Part-time

Location: UT-Provo
Facility: Medical Group Staff
This position is responsible for evaluations and treatments of patients established by protocols of the Intermountain Sports Medicine Clinic, the physician or hospital. This position supports the physician in the clinic and with other programs as requested. In addition, this position will assist the physician's practice in the accurate completion of records, documentation, pre-authorization and other secretarial functions as needed to enhance the practice.

Bachelor's Degree in health care or sports related field. Certified by the National Athletics' Trainers Association (NATA). Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills. Ability to handle very busy and dynamic work environment and maintain high level of patient care and customer service. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist patients where necessary.
