Job: Nurse Manager - Medical/Surgical - Park City Medical Center

This position is responsible for providing management and oversight of daily Nursing activities for the Medical/Surgical and pediatrics unit of the hospital. The Nurse Manager will partnership with Nursing leadership and other facility management and departments to ensure the provision of optimal patient care, attainment of finial goals, and development of leaders. He/She will be responsible for leadership, resource allocation, and safe work environment necessary to promote nursing practice consistent with quality, cost-efficient care.


The Park City Medical Center will be a convenient resource for local healthcare needs and for stabilizing patients who require transport to Salt Lake City for more critical care.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field required, Master's degree preferred
Current Utah RN License or license eligible required
BLS/CPR Healthcare Provider Certification required immediately upon hire
1 + years previous RN leadership/supervisory experience required.


A minimum of TWO years clinical nursing experience in a Med/Surg or ICU required.



Pediatric experience preferred.
