Job: Spine and Pain Program Specialist

Location: UT-St George
Facility: Dixie Regional Med Center

Operational face of the SWR Spine and Pain Program with accountability for strategy, marketing, revenue integrity, service and quality. Responsible for program leadership and development across multiple services and across the SWR in support of the vision of comprehensive spine care and pain management.

. Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with current Utah RN license.

. Required: Master's Degree in healthcare related field or business.

. Minimum of 5 years experience in leadership and major program development

. Exceptional presentation skills, both written and oral

. Exceptional organizational skills - demonstrated ability to self direct

. Exceptional relationship skills with past experience working with medical professionals across

diverse departments. (references required)

. Experience working with billing, coding, chargemaster, fee schedules

. Expert data management ability with expertise in tools such as excel, powerpoint, word,

project management software, etc.

. Demonstrated success at project management (references required)

. Demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans and marketing plans
