Coventry Health Care is currently seeking candidates for the following rewarding position in our Salt Lake City location:

Supervisor, Service Operations (Accounting Supervisor)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide direction and oversee the Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP) day-to-day Finance operations to ensure compliance with internal controls, financial objectives, policies/procedures, and management information requirements. Supervise and coach 2+ employees. Involved in all day-to-day activities of the team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Significant experience (usually 4+ years) in finance, accounting or business administration for a large company
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Proficient in a variety of software including spreadsheets, database operations and financial systems
Strong analytical skills
Ability to identify problem areas, assist with the evaluation and implementation of solutions, and monitor the results
Must be articulate and able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external entities
