Primary Children's Medical Center, a top ranked and nationally recognized 252-Bed Tertiary Care Pediatric Medical and Level One Trauma Center, has an exciting position for a Child Life Manager.

This position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of daily department activities for the Child Life Department and will work in partnership with leadership of Family Support Services and other facility management and departments to ensure the provision of optimal care or service, attainment of financial goals, and development of staff members.

Required:


Bachelor's Degree in related field


Certification as a Child Life Specialist


Five years Child Life Clinical experience


Three years management experience


Must have ability to strategize with Child Life Department and Family Suport Services


Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft environment


Strong organizational, negotiation and collaborative skills


Strong mentoring and coaching skills



Prefered:


Master's Degree in related field


Child Life Clinical experience in a Pediatric facility
