Jobing Description
Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: Home Care

Provides "Extraordinary Care" to patients and customers through friendly, caring, courteous, and professional service. This position is responsible for effective billing, follow-up, problem solving, and maintenance of financial computer records of all patients. Acts as an advocate for the patient and will follow Intermountain's policies and procedures for billing and account management.

Skills / Requirements

Minimum Requirements:


High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Typing proficiency (30 wpm)

Two years of customer service experience

Good communication skills

Computer skills



Preferred Qualifications:


Medical Terminology

Admitting, billing, collection, and/or insurance verification experience

Bi-lingual Spanish speaking

Versed in CPT/ICD-9 codes.
