Job: Surgical Technologist - Intermountain Medical Center

An exciting position as a Surgical Technologist is available at the Intermountain Medical Center. As a Surgical Technologist on this team you would support the surgical team with clinical expertise in the handling of instruments, supplies, and equipment during the intraoperative period. The Surgical Technologist would also have the opportunity to assist with the nursing care of patients in the operating room, under RN supervision, by performing routine and delegated duties according to the standards of practice and department policies. Would prefer completion of a certified Surgical Technology program.

Requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for the Healthcare Provider.

One year previous Surgical Technologist experience strongly preferred.

Experience in orthopedics, neurology and/or cardiovascular beneficial.

Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills are essential.
