Facility: Revenue Cycle Organization Be a part of Intermountain Healthcare, join with a world-class team and embark on a career filled with opportunities, strength, innovation, and fulfillment. Responsible for collecting or resolving all Intermountain Healthcare hospital, clinic, physician's, and subsidiary bad-debt accounts. Skills / Requirements
One year of billing, claims processing, or collections experience required. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as the ability to work well under stress are also required. Experience in charged-off or bad debt collections is a plus. Health care collections or customer service experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish/English and previous experience with explanation of benefits is also a plus. Important Notes
