Jobing Description
Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: Primary Children%27s Med Prepare and serve food, and stock supplies to meet the needs of the cafeteria. Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and ensure the cleanliness of the cafeteria serving, dining, and preparation areas. Skills / Requirements
Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must understand and speak English clearly, follow verbal and written instructions, and interpret customer communications. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, and basic math skills. Must be able to stand, push, pull, bend and twist for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Must have food handler's permit upon hire. Must be available to work between 5:30am - 8:30pm including rotating weekends and rotating holidays. Preferred: Prior food service experience or knowledge of quality food service, portion control, grill cooking, and merchandising is preferred. At least six months prior short order cook or cafeteria experience is preferred. Important Notes
