Jobing Description
Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: LDS Hospital

This position is responsible for the distribution of materials and equipment to the hospital or health care professional. Other duties may include picking orders, staging supplies, labeling materials, and inventory procedures.

This position will also restock and maintain the storeroom in a neat, clean and orderly manner.

Ability to use an Electric Cart, power pallet jack, and all other material handling equipment. Use of forklift may be required; training and certification for forklift operation will be provided delivers equipment, supplies and linen to the customer and obtain required signatures

Skills / Requirements

Requires High School Diploma, GED

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to perform repetitive tasks such as pulling and lifting heavy weight frequently.

Basic computer skills,ability to maintain accurate files and records, as well as ability to write accurately and legibly in English.

Basic arithmetic skills required.

A working knowledge of package and warehouse units and measurements preferred.
