Jobing Description
Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: Home Care

The purpose of this position is to provide secretarial support to one or more members of the Intermountain Homecare Executive Team. Accountabilities include but are not limited to answering telephones; writing correspondence, reports and minutes; processing mail; coordinating schedules and appointments; arranging meetings, lunches and travel; setting up and maintaining files; assisting with various projects; and assisting other members of the management team.

Skills / Requirements

Three to five years secretarial experience
Effective interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to set priorities
Ability to type 65 WPM
Proficiency with word processing, spread sheets and advanced computer applications (i.e. databases and/or presentation software).
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Shows initiative to complete work assignments and seek additional work

PREFERRED:
Previous experience in the health care industry

Ability to extrapolate pertinent information from dialogue for meeting minutes
