Job: Hospice Chaplain

Location: UT-Ogden
Facility: Home Care

Responsible for providing pastoral care services for hospice patients, their families and caregivers by addressing their spiritual needs.

Strong relational skills/pastoral care skills
Respect for diversity
Familiarity with various belief systems and ability to work within those frameworks
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Reliable and insured transportation, current drivers license, and an acceptable driving record
PREFERRED:

Experience working with the terminally ill
CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) OR three to five years pastoral care/chaplain experience
