Job: Medical Assistant - McKay-Dee Pediatric Clinic - Temporary

Location: UT-Ogden
Facility: Medical Group Staff

To provide quality patient care efficiently and cost effectively by assisting Physicians and other providers in their specialized areas. The Medical Assistant functions under the supervision of the provider in the clinical setting and participates appropriately in the patient care delivery process. The Medical Assistant understands and utilizes a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care. The Medical Assistant performs routine clerical and clinical tasks to keep the offices and clinics of Physicians and other providers running smoothly.


This is a temporary position to assist with flu shot season.

Must have proof of completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Previous medical assistant experience preferred. Current CPR-healthcare provider certification required. Computer knowledge preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, priorization and organization skills are necessary. HELP2 and GE Centricity computer software experience is preferred. Previous lab experience is preferred.
