Job: Nurse Manager III - Central Staffing

Here you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations which include but are not limited to standards of patient care, standards of practice, safety, staffing, personnel performance, public relations, orientation, education and quality improvement. This position is expected to set and meet financial goals, service line goals and develop, implement and evaluate service line strategies.

Current Utah RN license
Bachelor Degree is required. Master's degree preferred.
Previous management experience is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years nursing experience
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with patients, families, staff, physicians and other departments.
This position requires a high degree of self-motivation with the ability to build and lead teams to excellence.


Must complete Intermountain Healthcare's quality facilitator workshop or the ATP course within one year of accepting this leadership role.
