Job: OR Scheduler - PRN

Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: Primary Children%27s Med

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible to accurately and efficiently schedule and coordinate the next days elective surgery procedures and future elective surgical procedures with the admitting office, surgeons and their offices, Same Day Surgery, and Anesthesiology. Incumbent must be able to demonstrate billing detail with minimal errors.

Qualifications:

Computer patient billing experience (Accounts receivable, insurance, medical office)
Experience utilizing AS400 billing systems
Preference for experience utilizing ORMIS billing system
Effective time management skills
Completion of GED or High School diploma
Work experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
