Job: PBX Operator - LDS Hospital - PRN

Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: LDS Hospital
Primary responsibility is to answer telephones in a courteous and positive manner. Screen and appropriately routes calls. Assists staff with other duties as assigned.

Requires High School Diploma or GED

Requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills both orally and in written form

Proficiency in word processing, e-mail and basic computer skills

Previous dispatch experience preferred

Must be able to work flexible and variable shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, graveyards, and holidays

On call position, no benefits, no guaranteed work hours
