Job: Pediatric RN - Behavioral Health Inpatient - Per Diem

Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: Primary Children%27s Med

This RN position is accountable for the provision of safe, efficient and therapeutically effective care in Behavioral Health. Utilizing the nursing process, care is delivered in compliance with hospital policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards. Provide total patient care, evaluate physical problems, administer medications and observe for efficacy and side effects, educate patients and families on treatment issues, be able to handle crisis situations, supervise individual patient Behavior Management Programs and help to conduct Psychoeducational groups for patients.


This is a Per Diem position that will work shifts from 0600-1800 and 1800-0600

Requires current Utah RN licensure, one year of RN experience and an interest in Behavioral Health. BLS required.


Prefer previous RN experience in Behavioral Health and Pediatrics.
