The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating pharmacy services in both an inpatient and outpatient arena. Will also be working with physician groups such as the Intesivists, Family Medicine Residents and Hospitalists, will compliment the expanded service role for this integrated position.

Must have a license as a Pharmacist in the state of Utah or license-eligible and be able to dispense controlled substances.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy.

PGY 2 Residency strongly preferred. Board certified preferred; experience and training in a hospital pharmacy environment are preferred.

Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills are required.
