Job: Provider Enrollment Coordinator - Medical Group

Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: Medical Group Staff
The position's primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate enrollment of Intermountain Medical Group providers with contracted and government payers. This critical function ensures that providers are paid as participating for the services they render. This position must establish effective working relationships with payers, clinic managers, GE Centricity team members, AR Management, Physicians Billing staff, and others as required. This position is also the resource for Intermountain Medical Group regarding enrollment criteria for government payers.

Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelors Degree in Business, HealthCare, or related field preferred or a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Experience in credentialing or provider enrollment preferred.

This position will utilize computer technology and requires extensive use of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.

The incumbent must be mature and able to develop effective working relationships with payers, clinic managers, operations directors, medical staff services, and others.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to clearly communicate ideas to staff and payers.

Must be able to identify, research and present possible resolution to problems.

Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and a quick learner.

The incumbent must be dedicated to providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
