Job: Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Cluster

Facility: Utah Valley Reg Med Cntr
This position is accountable for the provision of safe, efficient and therapeutically effective care on the patient unit to which assigned. Utilizing the nursing process, care is delivered in compliance with hospital policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards. This position will rotate between Med/Surg, Med/Oncology and Ortho/Neuro as needed.

Ability to transfer and position patients independently and safely.

Must provide proof of current RN license that allows you to practice in the State of Utah and have previous RN experience, or provide proof of license eligibility if applying with out-of-state RN license, at the time of application. 2009 Urban South Region policy requires all new RN graduates to be hired through our RN Grad Residency Program before being hired to a floor or have 1 year of previous RN experience before being hire to a unit. Current CPR certification is required at the time of application.
