Job: Registered Nurse - Women/Newborn Services - Park City Medical Center - Per Diem

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Women and Newborn Services - is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care of patients in the perinatal, antepartum, Labor and Delivery, and postpartum settings (women) and in the neonatal setting (newborns). The staff RN utilizes the nursing process while combining technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practices, and coordination / collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, effective, and efficient patient care.


The Park City Medical Center will be a convenient resource for local healthcare needs and for stabilizing patients who require transport to Salt Lake City for more critical care.

The new Park City Medical Center will be open for patient care this September and will offer a wide-range of services, including:

The Park City Medical Center is conveniently located at Quinn's Junction in Park City, just off Highway 40.

Current State of Utah Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse or license eligible.

3 + years RN experience required.

3+ years RN Labor and delivery experience required.

Current BLS (Health Care Provider) Certification required.



NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Certification) required.


Ability to lift and transfer patients efficiently.



Preferred Certifications:

ACLS

S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification

A.W.H.O.N.N. Certification

Basic telemetry / cardiac monitoring
