Job: Research Intern

Location: UT-Salt Lake City
Facility: Health Services
This position exists to assist in the design and implementation of research studies and to provide operational support to research projects by performing intermediate to advanced-level research tasks.

Bachelor's degree with 4 years research experience and 2 years healthcare experience OR Masters degree with 1 year research experience required.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of social science research including design, methods, and statistics is preferred.

Intermediate working knowledge of SPSS or SAS is preferred.

Previous experience managing survey projects is preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills is required.

Ability to effectively organize time and tasks is required.

Ability to complete tasks thoroughly, accurately and on time is required.

Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet or database software is required.

Ability to work effectively with others is required.
