We are a large Taco Bell franchisee in the Southwest, seeking Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Restaurant General Managers for our Taco Bells in Utah!

The ideal managerial candidate will:

Possess a college degree or course work in hospitality or business management

Have a proven, successful track record of 2+ years management experience in the QSR industry, including profit & loss responsibility

Possess a strong leadership and team building skills, including interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Possess business math and accounting skills, including the ability to calculate/analyze data

Have strong analytical/decision-making skills

Possess a professional results-oriented attitude

Have the ability to meet and exceed high standards of operation

Have the flexibility to handle the challenges of a changing market

Possess uncompromising integrity.
