I want to post an ad. What do I need to do?
Visit our Job Posting product page to purchase the number of ads that you need. After completing the purchase of a job posting through Google Checkout and filling out the sign-up form, you will be emailed a copy of your email and password with a link to login through the employer section of the website. Upon logging in you will be able to post a job by clicking the Post a Job quick link. You must complete all of the required information and the entire posting process by clicking Finish for the job posting to be posted to Jobing.com. I need a login or I am having trouble logging in. What do I need to do? If you have difficulty remembering your password or with the login process, click the Forgot Password? link underneath the employer login to have your account password emailed to you. How do I edit an ad once it has been posted? You can login to the Jobing Recruiting Desktop and click the Manage Jobs tab where your job is located, then click the Edit icon to the right of the job title that you would like to edit. You can edit the details of the job description, but not the job posting title. It is only valid for the original job that was created when you first created the position. I posted an ad and I cannot find it on your site. The process can in some cases, take up to an hour. If you are unable to find your posting after one hour, please contact us or 801.649.0935. When searching for your ad on Jobing.com, please check that your search criteria includes text that is also in the body of the job posting. How do I post a confidential ad? After filling out the title, description and other details for the posting at the bottom of the page you will have the option of checking a box for Post Job Confidentially - Hide Company Information. By checking that box, your posting will be advertised throughout the Jobing Community, but will hide all of your company's information. Your company name, contact information and job locations will not show with the posting. As the recruiter adding this confidential posting, this job will only be available to you in the JRD and no other recruiters. You must complete the entire posting process and click Finish for the job posting to be posted to Jobing.com. Who do I contact regarding billing or invoice questions?
